Who is Hookye for?

Any freelancer or small agency that needs clients: designers, social media managers, video editors, ad managers, web developers, photographers, copywriters. Clients can be local businesses, Instagram and TikTok profiles or YouTube channels.

Does Hookye guarantee clients?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. What it does is raise your odds a lot: it finds people who fit, writes messages about something real and never lets a follow-up slip past its day.

Does it send messages for me?

No. It suggests the text and opens the conversation ready in your Gmail, your email app or WhatsApp; you are the one who sends it. Hookye never asks for your email password and never logs into your social accounts.

Where do the contacts come from?

Only public information: what a business shows on Google Maps and its own site, Instagram and TikTok bios and what a channel publishes on YouTube. No bought lists.

Do I need API keys?

For the AI, yes, and Gemini has a free tier. Each source uses an account of yours: YouTube and Google Maps have free quotas, Instagram and TikTok run on Apify (US$5 free each month). There is a click-by-click guide.

How much does it cost?

Nothing during the beta, no card. When paid plans arrive we give 30 days’ notice, and you can cancel within 7 days for a full refund.

Is the app in English?

Yes. The app, the setup guide and the legal texts are in English and Portuguese; switch at the bottom of any page. The messages the AI writes can be in English for English-speaking leads.

Is my data mine?

Yes. Export everything as JSON or CSV whenever you like, and delete the whole account from Settings.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes: the daily queue, the lead and sending all fit on a phone. Searching is nicer on a big screen.
